Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love your RetroMailLots purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns (change of mind)

You may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Return for store credit: free
  • Return for refund to original payment method: $5.99 restocking fee

To start a return: email returns@retromaillots.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide a return address.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If you received a faulty product or the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include photos of the issue. We’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund – including original shipping costs.

Refund process

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once processed.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund or store credit, then place a new order.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement – no charge. After that, contact us immediately; we may not be able to cancel if the order is already processed.
